Host an evening at Redeemer where foster parents from the Charleston area can come and bring their children and then go on a date. This will require a 2:1 ratio of background checked adults to children, a meal for the children, at least one person who has had advanced training in ministering to children from hard places, and a least a couple of activities for the evening. Also please consider giving a small gift card to the parents for their evening.
