Coming together to serve through relationship

Redeemer wants to be a church that doesn't just give money or food to people, but enters into relationship with people. We want to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We are so thankful for Lifeline because Lifeline enables our Redeemer family to go out and bless individuals. Because we will be entering into relationships and serving people, we need to be adequately trained on how to serve in a loving and compassionate way. Equipped to Love is a mandatory training for us in order to serve through Lifeline. Please register for the training, watch the seven videos, and request a background check in order to be ready to serve.
“Lifeline believes that God’s plan for getting the gospel to vulnerable children and families is through the work of His church. We’re here to support and equip your local church as you discern how the Lord is leading you to demonstrate His character and care.”
Lifeline was created to support pregnancy counseling and adoption work in 1981 by Briarwood Presbyterian Church of Birmingham, Alabama. The Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) took steps to officially endorse Lifeline Children’s Services as its preferred adoption and orphan care ministry at its 48th annual convention in St. Louis, Missouri.
With offices in 16 states, Lifeline Children’s Services is the largest Evangelical Christian child welfare agency in America. It serves vulnerable children and families through private domestic and international adoption, family restoration, and pregnancy counseling.
